WTC offers compliance solutions for companies in need of integrated monitoring, control, and reporting systems. The company flagship is the eICIS data aquisition device on which the analysis instrumentation is attached. Our web based data server provides a data repository from one or more eICIS's with a web interface. The eDas.core server not only provides access to short and long term data, and system parameter control, and reporting, but also lets you see the status of all the aquisition devices from a remote location. Customized reporting features are available for government reporting, and management requirements. You can have the flexibiliy of seeing statuses from the rack mounted panel, control room application, or internet connected PC. This system will be upgradable to handle the mandated 2009 E.P.A reporting changes.
The eDas.Core server and/or eICIS offer near real-time instrument data including raw values, drift corrected values, and instantaneous and average emission data with warning and excess flags. Also view real-time and reduced data, current set points, alarm points, graphs and calibration results. Designated operators can modify calculation constants, calibration timing, control sequence timing, alarm limits, via the eICIS application interface.

eICIS combines your data acquisition and instrument process control into one low cost flexible device. It solves many control problems and automatically handles historical raw data-acquisition required by state, local, federal and foreign government agencies. An eICIS package gives a consistent company-wide interface across the entire plant, regardless of who built the analyser instrumentation.

WTC offers an ambient reporting package, which includes the eIntegrated Control & Instrumentation System (eICIS), eDas.Core web application server, customized application, and Air Monitoring Reporting System (AMRS).
A complex network of sensors, instruments, monitors, alarms and ambient air network computer are easily tied together with the eICIS. The eICIS is a device in which our applications engineering staff will configure and build data aquisition interfaces for your analyser instruments. The real-time status values will be viewable from an eICIS attached panel, desktop application, or web browser. Add as many eICIS nodes as you need, and tie them into your ambient air network using any of several industry standards. The eICIS may act as a standalone data aquisition device by which the only access is by touch panel, or it may by attached to a local PC for more extensive status and control features.
The eDas.Core server can poll and collect data from one or more network attached eICIS', and display status information for each. Additionally each eICIS HMI can be accessed from a convienient web interface when required. The Data Handling and Reporting System utilizes the eDas.Core database for it reporting system. Your customized application can provide graphs and calibration results. Operators can modify calculation constants, calibration timing, control sequence timing, alarm limits, etc.
