About WTC Engineering, Inc.
Western Telecomputing is a privately held company founded in 1969 by Don Weaver, a professor at Montana State University, and ran by his son Richard until the mid 90's. Today the Company President, and majority owner is Dr. Chuck Kendrick. He holds a PhD in theoretical mathematics, and is the technical advisor on all projects.
Through out its history, WTC has provided engineering solutions for industries in need of control systems, environmental data aquisition, government reporting, and source testing equipment for process certification. Our customer base comes from a multitude of industries including greenhouses, paper mills, cement, refineries, agricultural, and waste water. These custom solutions include data aquisition, process control, and reporting for an international customer base.
Support plans are offered as a part of a the solution package, and are maintained by in-house engineering staff. No third party help desk solutions are utilized. Customers that require it, have a personal relationship with the engineering staff, and periodic visits to installations by qualified engineers are made as a courtesy, per the support plan. Thus minimizing risk's before it occurs.
Data repositories are maintained locally, stored remotely, and are accessible via web based system. Including itemized status reporting with an interface to the individual aquisition unit. Reporting packages are customized to the individual customers need for the required government agency.
